Sex Addicts Anonymous - From Shame to Grace, also known as the Green Book, is a detailed and comprehensive description of the Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) program of recovery and the SAA fellowship, which welcomes sexual anorexics.

In this book, members, groups, and the general public will find the SAA program of recovery, patterned on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, drawn and written from the experience, strength, and hope of the fellowship.

The book was published a few years ago, and though it focuses mainly on the addiction side, it does mention sexual anorexia, especially in one of the members' stories. But a lot of the principles and experiences in recovery still apply, and the book takes the reader through the Twelve Steps, establishing healthy boundaries using a tool called the Three Circles, and discussion about healthy sexuality.
