This book published by Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA), a fellowship which welcomes sexual anorexics, provides insight into the problem of sex and love addiction, information on working the Twelve Steps of SLAA, the history of the fellowship, and personal stories from members of the program and much more.

It was written before the concept of sexual anorexia was first talked about, so there is no reference to this in the book. But many sexual anorexics, even if they do not consider themselves sex addicts, will identify with another aspect which the book does have a lot of experience on: for example, having long-standing infatuations or being attracted to unavailable people, and having to go through withdrawal as a result.
