Compulsive Sexual Avoidance is a synonym for sexual anorexia, and this leaflet is a great introduction.  It is written from the point of view of a sex addict realising that in recovery their behavior has swung into avoidance, but those who only experience avoidance will find this leaflet very helpful too.  Particularly good are list of 18 avoidant behaviors, and the section on maintaining non-avoidant boundaries or 'bottom lines' (called the Three Circles in SAA) without straying into addiction.

The leaflet takes us through the first three Steps, from initial awareness of the problem through 'Trusting the Water' and 'Going with the Flow'. It is a great tool anyone working on sexual avoidance.
